Emmanuel Ese

I’m a Surveying and Mapping Engineering student at Bells University of Tech, where I built a strong foundation in data analysis and geographic information systems. I’m detail-oriented and motivated by using structured thinking to solve real problems.

During my internship as a Community Manager at 1999 ideas, concepts & innovations, I helped grow the community through weekly recruitment. My work included screening and interviews, and I managed schedules to ensure activities ran on time while following community rules and guidelines.

I bring strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills from academic projects, and I’m consistently effective in collaborating in diverse teams to achieve shared goals. I’m proficient in English and comfortable coordinating with others to keep work moving smoothly.

I’m excited to apply my customer service strengths to improve online customer experiences. I want to support and communicate efficiently with customers—ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and a positive, welcoming community.
