I'm seeking opportunities where I can apply digital communication, customer support, CRM, marketing, and growing technology skills to solve everyday problems, learn continuously, and create meaningful impact.

At UNN Update Hub, I manage digital communication for a student community of 4,600+ channel members and associated groups with 900+ members, publishing verified academic, admission, clearance, accommodation, payment, and campus updates. I turn complex university processes into clear guidance, respond to enquiries, and help students navigate digital services.

I'm a Computer and Robotics undergraduate at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, combining community management, CRM, customer support, digital marketing, and content strategy with growing web development and networking knowledge. My hands-on full-stack web development training and technical projects in network topology and UML modelling strengthen my user-focused approach to digital problem-solving.
