What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead operations, deliver high-touch client experiences, coordinate teams and vendors, and contribute to marketing, sales, and business growth.

I founded Japonica Path and built its private event and hospitality business from the ground up, planning approximately 25 weddings and celebrations annually for up to 375 guests. I manage every stage of the client experience, from venue tours, consultations, sales, design, and vendor coordination through day-of execution.

I've also managed staffing, scheduling, payroll support, inventory, retail operations, and client service at Spa Belle La Vie. I bring a calm, highly personalized approach to solving high-pressure problems, creating polished visual concepts, and keeping teams, vendors, and clients aligned.
