I’ve delivered hospitality and event operations across Ukraine and the USA for more than eight years, from high-end restaurants to private celebrations of up to 500 guests.
At For Love Agency in Kyiv, I planned and executed around 100 events, managing budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site delivery. I created aesthetic, personalized experiences for private clients throughout the full event lifecycle.
At LA Fitness in Sarasota, I managed facility operations, vendor coordination, and a team of 15. I improved workflows and member experience through process optimization and trained staff in customer service and conflict resolution.
I also managed high-end restaurants at Buddha-Bar Kyiv and KAMA Unique Asia, leading a team of about 75 employees and organizing themed events and private dinners. I’m currently building a boutique event brand in Sarasota focused on proposals, elopements, and intimate celebrations.
