At Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, I’ve helped launch a hospital workforce by onboarding 200+ employees since August 2024 and leading orientation for every new hire.
I manage end-to-end candidate experience, from reviewing applications and conducting initial screens through interview scheduling, verbal and written offers, and leadership updates. I also built a partnership with Dorcas International Institute of Rhode Island to connect underserved talent with career opportunities and strengthen workforce diversity.
I keep HR operations moving through benefits administration, FMLA, leave of absence, workers’ compensation, performance documentation, and onboarding compliance. I digitized and securely archived 200+ employee files in OnBase, supporting Joint Commission compliance and a successful accreditation outcome.
Previously at KLR, I supported executive search recruiting across finance, accounting, HR, legal, and IT roles through sourcing, candidate research, background checks, job descriptions, and candidate presentations. I’m also an active member of Encompass Health’s DEI Committee and bring a community-centered perspective shaped by nonprofit, healthcare, and Peace Corps work.
