What I'm looking for
I’m a Global Program Manager with 15+ years of experience leading complex, multi-region initiatives across Microsoft’s global ecosystem. I’m known for creating structure, clarity, and engagement within large, distributed teams through strong program cadence and stakeholder alignment.
At Accenture (Microsoft), I owned and designed global communication campaigns that increased engagement across 8,500+ employees in 15 delivery locations across 4 continents. I built and scaled global I&D Allies programming, resulting in 600+ new Allies and stronger cross-regional alignment, and I facilitated mental health awareness sessions to strengthen psychological safety and connect employees to resources.
