I'm looking to lead enterprise programs, portfolios, or PMO initiatives where I can strengthen governance, align cross-functional teams, improve delivery outcomes, and help executives make informed strategic decisions.

I lead enterprise programs and portfolios that turn complex cross-functional work into measurable business outcomes. Most recently, I directed a $1.5M MSD-wide software implementation spanning five business and IT workstreams, improving program delivery success by 25%.

At RGA, I led a $1.5M ServiceNow implementation and secured $10.5M in project funding through executive business cases, ROI analysis, and strategic prioritization. I managed budgets, vendor scope, risk and compliance workstreams, and KPI dashboards for board and C-suite visibility.
