At Global Partners LP, I manage projects and workstreams across the project lifecycle, from planning and risk tracking to UAT, training, and executive updates.
I supported the integration of over $500M in acquired terminal assets across Project Galleon, Project Julian, and Project Oxbow, coordinating operational, technology, and business system conversions while supporting compliance and implementation timelines.
I also coordinated the migration of 500+ employees from Box to Microsoft SharePoint and led deployment planning and organizational rollout of Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management.
