What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my HR experience and I/O psychology training to talent acquisition, employee development, organizational development, compliance, and evidence-based workforce initiatives.

At Noble West, I manage full-cycle recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, new-hire orientation, and HR compliance. I also oversee licensing and regulatory compliance for approximately 180 individual and agency insurance licenses.

I'm completing an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and apply evidence-based approaches to organizational development, employee selection, training, change management, workforce analytics, and performance management. My work includes designing leadership and employee training programs, structured selection methods, and workforce research that translates data into actionable findings.
