I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) Administrative Assistant with Dean’s List recognition and hands-on experience across office administration, customer support, and fast-paced front-of-house roles. I bring a detail-first mindset to record-keeping, document organization, and client communication.
In my current role as an Administrative/Paralegal Legal Assistant, I conduct administrative and customer support duties while managing 15–20+ file uploads weekly through Lomilaw. I organize client information and documents in an internal database, ensure accuracy, and support case efficiency in a sensitive environment serving 50+ active clients.
Previously, I supported day-to-day office operations as an Office Assistant, coordinating and processing customer orders, documents, and records for accurate, timely fulfillment. I also processed invoices and purchase orders using QuickBooks and streamlined office workflows to maintain strong momentum.
Alongside my administrative strengths, I’ve built solid customer-focused experience as a Server and Cashier/Hostess, resolving concerns quickly and improving the guest experience through clear communication and team coordination. I’m also certified in food handling (ServSafe) and have CPR training, and I’m ready to contribute reliability, professionalism, and problem-solving to a team.
