What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused administrative or healthcare support role where I can use scheduling, communication, problem-solving, and organization to provide efficient, compassionate service.

At MIC Medical Imaging, I scheduled and screened high volumes of MRI patients, managed inbound and outbound calls through Five9, and entered confidential patient information in MRIS. I coordinated with technologists, physicians, and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations.
