I'm currently directing daily operations at Kido International Preschool & Daycare in Houston, ensuring classroom compliance, safety, and program quality while managing tuition billing and budget tracking.

I supervise and mentor staff, strengthen family partnerships, and lead enrollment, family relations, conflict resolution, communications, marketing, and community events with empathy and professionalism.

Previously, at Lutheran Services of New York, I delivered individualized instruction guided by TS Gold and CLASS assessments. I partnered with families and interdisciplinary teams to support child development, family resources, and early intervention services.

Across more than 10 years in early childhood education, including acting site management, lead teaching, ABA support, paraprofessional work, and teacher assistance, I've focused on equitable, culturally responsive support for children and families in English and Spanish.
