At Partner Hero (Crescendo), I moderate content for Grindr and, since 2026, contribute to AI and machine learning initiatives by annotating user interactions to train models that identify content requiring moderation.
I flag ambiguous classifications and edge cases, and provide feedback on inconsistencies to improve model classification accuracy. I maintain 99%+ accuracy while reviewing sensitive content under detailed platform policies.
After being promoted to L2 in 2024, I conducted specialized investigations and reviewed complex edge cases and previously banned accounts. During a temporary L3 assignment, I also supported L1 moderators by answering policy questions, assigning work, running shadowing sessions, and auditing cases.
Earlier, I handled social media and customer support at Partner Hero (Crescendo), including work for The Peach Truck, Submittable, and Dr. Martens. I’ve also worked in sales, debt collection, and customer service, applying established criteria to resolve detailed and sensitive cases.
