I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can own trust & safety and content quality in AI-assisted workflows—reviewing outputs, enforcing policy, and improving pipelines with clear SLAs/KPIs, strong documentation, and continuous process refinement.

I bring 9 years of fully remote experience across customer operations, trust & safety enforcement, content moderation, quality assurance, and platform operations at scale. I’m known for reviewing high volumes of content accurately and consistently while enforcing complex policy frameworks to protect platform integrity.

As an AI Content Specialist, I reviewed and quality-controlled 100+ AI-generated outputs daily, applying detailed editorial standards for accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance. I also developed and refined prompts to guide AI models toward stylistically consistent outputs, acting as a de facto quality reviewer and feedback loop contributor.

In content moderation on a global marketplace, I moderated 1,200+ pieces of content daily, assessing policy violations, content risks, and formatting issues with established trust & safety frameworks. I maintained moderation logs and QA reports for audit readiness, contributed to process improvements that reduced error rates, and trained/mentored new moderators to standardize policy application.

Earlier in customer service operations, I handled high-volume bilingual (English/Spanish) work across multiple US client campaigns, staying aligned to SLAs, KPIs, and escalation protocols.
