What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my fintech customer operations, technical troubleshooting, compliance support, and team coordination experience in a high-volume environment where I can improve customer outcomes and operational processes.

At PropShopTrader, I resolve complex trader inquiries spanning trading rules, evaluations, payouts, compliance, account status, and platform issues across Tickblaze and WebTrader. I investigate and document technical cases, coordinate escalations with Technical, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams, and was awarded Contractor of the Month in January 2026.

Previously at XM Greece, I supervised Arabic-speaking support operations while resolving 100–150 emails and supporting 100+ live-chat customers daily in Arabic and English, maintaining a first response time below 13 seconds. I’ve supported KYC, onboarding, payments, withdrawals, MT4 and MT5 access, and customer escalations in regulated financial-services environments, and I was regularly ranked among XM Greece’s Top 10 performers.
