What I'm looking for
I’m a multilingual Customer Support & iGaming Operations Specialist, working across gaming support, ticket handling, and account-related user cases. I’m comfortable handling complex issues under pressure while keeping communication clear, professional, and timely.
In my recent role at TaskUs (2024–2025), I handled high-volume support tickets in English and Russian for a major gaming/publishing client. I resolved account-related, technical, and user access issues using internal support workflows while meeting KPI targets such as response time, resolution quality, and CSAT.
From 2025–2026 at SpinMafia, I built and operated an iGaming affiliate platform from scratch, covering website, content, offers, and community operations. I managed real-time user support and issue resolution across Discord and social channels, while updating backend content and monitoring user activity and campaign performance.
Earlier (2021–2023) at Shisha Boutique, I supported both retail and wholesale customers in a fast-paced environment. I handled POS/PDA systems and inventory tracking, updated products and prices through the WordPress backend, and strengthened my B2B/B2C customer communication and e-commerce workflows.
