I’m looking for a role where I can combine strong customer support with organized documentation and IT troubleshooting. I want a team that values integrity, responsiveness, and clear communication—so I can help clients solve issues quickly and professionally.

I’m a versatile, motivated French speaking professional with strong experience in customer service, IT troubleshooting, and administrative operations. I’m recognized for excellent communication, leadership, punctuality, and a strong sense of organization, and I take pride in a job well done.

In my current role as a Customer Service Representative at HTK Immigration Services, I assist clients with inquiries about immigration applications, documentation requirements, and service options. I guide clients through form completion, case updates, and next steps, while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive personal and legal information.

Before this, I served as Social Affairs Manager at OFATMA Hospital (Cayes, Haiti), where I managed disputes between employees, advised the board on social environment and HR-related decisions, and helped develop human resources policies and organizational strategies. I also listened to complaints, proposed solutions aligned with HR policies, and prepared daily reports; I supported patients facing financial difficulties with compassion and professionalism.

Earlier, as Head of IT Department, I performed system maintenance, supervised workstations and network infrastructure, and provided user assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues—ensuring computer operations and security across the hospital. Across my roles, I de-escalate concerns, resolve issues, and maintain a positive service environment through clear documentation and accurate record keeping.
