I’m a business development & commercial strategist with 4+ years of experience driving client portfolio growth and commercial expansion across Northern Mexico. I represent brands in strategic negotiations, and I use CRM proficiency to support customer satisfaction through training and technical support.
As an IOS Offices Center Manager, I led Mexico’s largest IOS offices business center—owning commercial and operational strategy while managing 200+ clients. I planned and executed high-profile events for acquisition, engagement, and retention, and built monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and operational forecasts.
I’ve also managed day-to-day operations and budget control, including preparing monthly financial reports and invoices and improving workflow efficiency.
