I designed and built an AI-powered Amazon Inventory Management System in n8n that calculates Days of Supply and priority scores, then recommends actions and order quantities.
The system routes urgent, delayed, stranded, and overstock scenarios, with Slack alerts and Google Sheets logging. I also built reusable workflows with data validation, error handling, and multi-path decision routing.
My projects include a Voice of the Customer pipeline that uses LLM-based classification to surface customer feedback trends, and an AI receptionist workflow for common inquiries and support routing. Before focusing on e-commerce operations and automation, I managed daily production operations as a Commissary Pastry Chef.
