At Serede S.A., I managed Microsoft infrastructure and implemented Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online. I also managed MECM/SCCM environments for more than 30,000 users.
I administered VMware and Hyper-V environments, including high-availability clusters, and developed PowerShell scripts to automate processes. I also implemented IT security solutions and managed VPNs and software licensing.
Most recently, at SayHelp Soluções, I administered network infrastructure and Windows and Linux servers while providing first-, second-, and third-level support. My work included configuring and monitoring networks, virtualized environments, and measures to support the security and availability of IT services.
