What I'm looking for

I’m looking to drive offshore wind business growth at an engineering-led energy transition company—winning strategic customers, leading tenders and contract negotiation, and scaling EPCI opportunities across global markets with strong collaboration.

I’m a Business Development Manager focused on floating offshore wind, where I identify, attract, and develop relationships with strategic customers for Technip Energies’ FOW scope delivered through EPCI. I take commercial responsibility for prospects and offers, and I develop and negotiate contracts to optimize business models in a developing market.

In my most recent role, I’ve secured key wins including an engineering scope award by Equinor for their South Korea FOW farm through competitive bid, and I supported development of strategic collaboration between Technip Energies and Equinor. I’ve also captured initial confidential UK project opportunities with an EPC offer underway, along with multiple awarded engineering studies with EPCI potential.

Before business development, I built a strong foundation across sales and delivery roles in offshore wind/grid connection and HVDC projects. As a Sales Manager and earlier Project Manager/tender lead (including offshore HVDC substation platform and power-from-shore R&D), I led tender bids, client engagement, interface management, and project execution—bringing a practical, technical-commercial mindset to every negotiation.
