At Accenture, I lead global mobility operations across multiple jurisdictions, managing immigration, tax and social security compliance. I also own risk, governance and escalation management across mobility programs.
I manage and develop a team of 12 mobility professionals, and partner with senior business leaders and HR on mobility strategy and workforce planning.
Previously at Accenture, I delivered global mobility support for C-suite executives and senior leaders, including complex international assignments and high-risk relocations. I designed and embedded governance frameworks, reporting tools and case management processes for executive mobility programs.
Earlier at Accenture, I was a subject matter expert across immigration, tax and global mobility for Australia and New Zealand. I led development of mobility policies, cost estimation models and operational frameworks, and supported regional compliance and reporting.
