At Vialto Partners, I build technology-enabled systems that turn manual operational constraints into scalable service delivery. My work spans workflow automation, CRM processes, tax technology and revenue optimisation across the Australian business.
I helped develop an RPA solution that was rolled out globally, designed a tax lodgment solution with an estimated A$350k annual revenue opportunity, and automated tax-mail revenue capture representing approximately A$1.5m in billable value. I’ve also redesigned client journeys, automated payroll tax reporting, and improved billing, document processing and notice-management workflows.
I’ve led adoption through training, local-office champions and offshore team transitions, while supporting enterprise technology change including Vialto’s migration to Microsoft 365. Earlier at PwC, I managed global mobility tax compliance and improved delivery through clearer processes and repeatable guidance.

Own and deliver technology-enabled process improvement initiatives across the Australian business, identifying operational bottlenecks, designing systems and workflows, building solutions and embedding them into day-to-day service delivery.
Developed an OCR-based solution to automate NTB tracking for foreign residents in China and supported the onboarding of a major client by designing data-transformation workflows for payroll consolidation and income tax reporting.
Supported operational and technology separation activities during the transition from PwC to Vialto, including system migration and user acceptance testing while continuing delivery of global mobility tax services.
