At ANZ, I support the uplift of Compliance and Operational Risk through a new Governance, Risk and Compliance system and enhanced compliance framework. I developed dynamic dashboard reporting in ServiceNow to improve reporting metrics, transparency and tracking of risk management activities.
As Relationship Manager, International Mobility at ANZ, I supported the global mobility program and advised internal stakeholders on compliant employee movement. I led communications and training for the myTrips business immigration visa tool and developed policy updates for international assignees.
At Aurecon, I led strategic and operational global mobility services, including development of a Global Mobility Framework and policies, processes and tools. I also developed global mobility specifications for Workday and coordinated establishment of the Aurecon UK entity.
Earlier, at EY and Ernst & Young, I delivered international assignment, compensation, relocation and policy support. My work included producing a compliance-focused report on Fringe Benefits Tax and developing an International Assignment Policy Matrix for a client.
