What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver trauma-informed, person-centered case management, advance equity, and advocate across systems to secure benefits, housing, and long-term stability—especially in nonprofit, education, and public service settings.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Advocate & Case Manager with a track record of transforming lives through strategic advocacy, trauma-informed care, and resource coordination. I’m known for building trust with vulnerable populations while navigating complex systems to remove barriers.

In my current role as a SOAR Specialist / Health Resource Care Coordinator, I lead SSI/SSDI, SNAP, and Medicaid application processes, coordinate housing placements and wraparound services, and create individualized care plans that promote stability and independence. I advocate across systems to secure life-changing resources for high-need individuals.

Earlier, I served as a Lead Case Manager and Lead Support Specialist, where I managed high-volume caseloads, designed service plans aligned with recovery pathways, and delivered trauma-informed emotional support to strengthen resilience and self-advocacy. I also directed life skills programming and coordinated home care staffing and compliance—grounding my work in structure, accountability, and real-world outcomes.
