I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can lead case management, support mental health and recovery, and coordinate resources—using assessments, individualized care plans, and crisis de-escalation to help clients achieve independence.

I’m a compassionate, results-driven Case Manager / Community Support Specialist with 7+ years of experience delivering mental health support, recovery coaching, and social services.
