I analyze audited financials, cap tables, and Form 5500s to prepare underwriting submissions. I market renewals to wholesale partners and carriers, then negotiate premiums, limits, retentions, and policy carve-backs directly with underwriters.
I supported a $12.36M premium book across 212 accounts and built Excel trackers to manage renewal deadlines and administrative work. For one client’s public-to-private transition, I placed an active D&O policy into a six-year runoff tail and reviewed other coverage needs.
