What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue translating complex policy into clear, consistent Trust & Safety operations, with opportunities to improve enforcement quality, resolve policy ambiguity, and collaborate closely with cross-functional and client-side stakeholders.

At TaskUs, I translate content moderation policy updates into operational guidance, lead audit-over-audit reviews and calibration, and resolve complex escalations and appeals affecting quality outcomes. I work with Operations, Quality, Learning & Development, Team Leadership, and client-side policy stakeholders to identify enforcement gaps, reduce operational risk, and develop clear SOPs.

Previously, I audited content moderation decisions across six South Slavic language markets, analysed quality trends and root causes, and delivered targeted feedback to improve decision accuracy and KPI performance. My research experience in misinformation, societal resilience, and online safety further informs my interest in information integrity and responsible policy enforcement.
