What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead complex, multi-stakeholder digital/technology projects end-to-end—bridging IT and business—to deliver on time, meet SLA commitments, and drive customer adoption through strong CRM/ERP enablement.

I’m a project management professional with over 15 years of experience spanning sales, CRM administration, and customer relationship management, transitioning into project management in 2022. Since joining Namibia Breweries Limited as a Digital & Technology Project Coordinator, I’ve built a strong track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects.

I was selected as project lead for the high-profile Heineken-NBL-Distell integration (Project Nile), overseeing end-to-end delivery across IT and business units. I design and execute deployment strategies aligned to business goals—managing scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation—while leading integration work through requirements workshops, risk/issue tracking, SLA deadline monitoring, and executive-level progress reporting.

I also strengthen adoption through hands-on training and change management, coordinating end-user training programmes for new systems and processes. Earlier, as a Salesforce Administrator & Sales Coordinator, I administered and optimized Salesforce, improved data quality and dashboards, supported stakeholder relationships, and delivered CRM training to increase system utilization.
