I'm currently driving operational excellence initiatives within Ascoma Assureurs Conseils' Technical Department at Chedid Group. I optimize processes, manage technical manuals and document controls, and support alignment with African subsidiaries and central departments.

I use project management methods, performance indicators, and targeted training to strengthen adoption of operational tools and processes. I also meet with General Directors across African zones to assess needs and support Group standards.

Previously at Arabia Insurance Company, I underwrote Engineering, Marine, Property, and Casualty risks, preparing quotations, determining premiums, reviewing loss records, and negotiating terms with brokers and clients. I also produced register and loss-ratio reports while ensuring underwriting decisions followed applicable insurance requirements.

My background also includes business optimization, call center supervision, and civil engineering studies. I've improved workflows and digital channels, led teams, trained employees, managed customer resolutions, and worked with tools including Power BI, Dynamics 365 CRM, Oracle, AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
