At Vantor, I lead a 6–10 person Collaboration Services team responsible for the company’s core Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Power Platform, and Slack ecosystem. I set strategy and roadmaps for enterprise tools, integrations, automation, vendor management, and compliance-aligned solutions.

Previously, I served as the primary architect and technical authority for SharePoint Online in a Microsoft 365 GCC-High environment supporting 5,000+ users. I developed platform architecture and governance, migrated terabytes of file-share and on-premises SharePoint content, and delivered enterprise training that improved adoption and productivity.

At Elevations Credit Union, I led enterprise productivity applications, IT operational excellence, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 governance, and knowledge-base modernization. I also helped create a three-year ITIL roadmap and real-time process dashboards with the Power BI team.

Earlier at Vencore, I led intelligence-community technology projects, built a center-wide SharePoint knowledge hub that increased utilization by 70%, and trained more than 600 personnel on new onboarding and offboarding processes. I enjoy translating business needs into secure, practical systems that teams can confidently adopt.
