I support enterprise Microsoft 365 environments as a Microsoft 365 Administrator with 4+ years of experience, serving approximately 13,000 users. I plan and execute migrations using ShareGate, automate reporting and administration with PowerShell, and strengthen security through compliance initiatives like Data Loss Prevention (DLP), sensitivity labels, retention policies, and eDiscovery. I also help users succeed through Microsoft Copilot enablement and build internal solutions with Power Automate and Power Apps—while maintaining secure cloud operations and collaborating across infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
