What I'm looking for

I'm seeking product or program roles in startups or innovation programs where I can own roadmaps, run Agile teams, mentor founders, and deliver measurable growth in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

I am a product manager who builds and scales digital products and accelerator programs for startups and partners. I have led delegations (~150 startups), negotiated four fully funded cohorts, delivered the ASEP WordPress site end-to-end, launched Fenin.dz (6,000+ tickets, 5,000 registrations, 5 national B2B contracts) and drove TotalEnergies submissions from 17 to 210.

I hold a Master’s in Strategic Management & Information Systems and ship with Agile cadences, backlog ownership, UX-led discovery and practical tooling (WordPress, basic Python/SQL) to mentor teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
