Across Agency & Startup Projects, I gathered requirements and analyzed systems for around 10 client websites and portfolios. I translated stakeholder needs into technical specifications and delivered projects through iterative cycles, from scoping and development to deployment.
For my Graduation Project, I analyzed requirements across five user roles and designed a transport and campus management system spanning mobile and web, with over 100 interfaces. It included bus and driver management, live map visualization, and a smart notification system for students.
At University of Tlemcen, I led weekly practical sessions in Algorithms for first-year students. I also contributed to test design and course-improvement proposals, several of which were adopted.
