At VB Rags, I produce product photoshoots from casting through shoot day, negotiating talent rates and deliverables and coordinating the photographer and internal team. I also plan tournament activations and shifted event selection toward younger-age tournaments after noticing stronger engagement.
I founded Elevate, a beach volleyball coaching business that grew from about 10 consistent clients to about 40, with revenue up 150% year over year. I also self-manage logistics for coached athletes across roughly 10 tournaments a year and secured sponsorships and support to reduce select international travel costs.
