What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead sales enablement, training, or operational transformation across international teams, where I can build scalable onboarding, coaching, quality, and reporting systems that improve conversion, revenue, retention, and team performance.

I've built and scaled sales enablement functions at NAOS across international offices, increasing conversion by 22% and average daily sales by 30% after restructuring the training department's operating model.

I grew NAOS's training team from 3 to 15 coaches and built its curriculum from scratch, including multilingual onboarding, CRM and Google Sheets guides, product training, sales presentations, coaching playbooks, and retention pitches for crypto and investment products.

I also launched two Morocco offices from site selection through operational sales teams, mentoring HR, IT, sales, reception, and retention managers in French while establishing shared reporting and quality systems.

When NAOS's Thailand office faced structural and profitability issues, I stepped in as crisis manager and temporary CEO, filled critical roles, reduced turnover by 40%, and cut unauthorized lead diversion by 85% through a new Quality Control system.
