At Skyware Information Technology, I managed multi-tenant IT infrastructure supporting 1,200+ global users across five tenants and eight Domain Controllers. I diagnosed and resolved Active Directory replication and inter-site communication failures, restoring synchronization across remote sites.
I administered Windows Server and Active Directory, including DNS, DHCP, permissions, and Group Policy. I also engineered and deployed Microsoft Intune policies for endpoint management, device compliance, and onboarding.
For Microsoft 365 tenants, I supported Exchange Online, Outlook, shared mailboxes, mail delivery flow, and OneDrive. I monitored VMware vSphere environments and managed Veeam Backup & Replication and Acronis backup solutions.
Previously, at Al-Hakma School, I operated and maintained IT infrastructure, managed Active Directory and Microsoft Intune, and provided cloud administration across Microsoft 365 services. I also deployed network devices and system images and handled software deployments and hardware troubleshooting.
