What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead impactful programs that expand AI and digital-skills access, especially for young women and girls, while coordinating teams, improving learner outcomes, and building effective digital communities.

At Afrotechxcel, I manage PEAK and the AI For Her Program, helping young Nigerian women and girls build foundational AI and digital skills for solving real community problems.

I coordinate mentors, learner onboarding, attendance, engagement, progress reporting, and program materials across cohort-based learning experiences. I also monitor KPIs and learning outcomes to improve each program cycle.

Alongside program delivery, I grow BinaryBaze's presence on Instagram and Facebook through content calendars, Canva content, platform insights, and audience-focused social media strategy.

My background in ICT support, administration, and mentoring equips me to keep people, systems, and learning operations organised. I also mentor young women in Technovation as they develop mobile app solutions and entrepreneurial thinking.
