I’m a results-driven Program and Operations professional with 4+ years of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across international development in 49 countries. I own end-to-end program lifecycles—from defining scope and building delivery plans to stakeholder engagement, content creation, budget management, and impact reporting.

In my most recent role, I led multi-country innovation and entrepreneurship accelerator programs across 40+ African countries. I built Asana-based project trackers, RAID logs, and operational dashboards to monitor milestones and KPIs, delivering executive-ready updates for partners and funders.

I manage budgets exceeding $350,000 across multiple programs, including €50,000 for 2025 Abuja and Lagos bootcamps, and coordinated $30,000 grant disbursement to six program winners. I conduct risk assessments at every stage and develop SOPs, onboarding manuals, and reporting templates that improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks across successive cohorts.
