Iyanuoluwa Sowunmi

At Techlytics Institute of Technology and Innovation, I led the planning and delivery of TechHER25, an applied AI program sponsored by IHS and delivered with the University of Ibadan. I managed its scope, schedule, stakeholders, and reporting across an eight-week curriculum for 50 female STEM students.

I also managed a concurrent NECA ICT Academy program for 100 participants, developing four stream-specific syllabi and coordinating screening and onboarding. For TechHER25, I designed and administered an assessment for nearly 100 applicants and managed the participant onboarding process.

Earlier, as a Program Management Intern at Techlytics, I supported technology training programs and coordinated logistics, speakers, schedules, attendance, and participant communications. I also supported cybersecurity training delivered in partnership with NECA.

I delivered two cohort programs simultaneously—the Catalyst Fellowship at Lead City University and She Scales with AI with Dot Microfinance Bank—producing 29 certified graduates. I also coordinated screening for the NECA-ITF TSDP training and built reporting templates and assessment frameworks used across the organisation’s program portfolio.
