In my eCommerce Specialist / Virtual Assistant experience, I manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts and build product listings across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, including SEO product listing creation. I handle listing audits, fix suppressed listings and content issues, run keyword research and competitor analysis, and manage cases, claims, and support tickets—using AI tools like Nano Banana, ChatGPT, and Gemini to support content and tasks. On the HR side, I perform end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, onboarding), process payroll, and maintain employee records with strong attention to compliance.
