I’m an eCommerce Specialist with 10+ years of experience managing Seller Central and 3+ years with Vendor Central accounts. I specialize in catalog management, listing optimization, and digital merchandising—always focused on accuracy, compliance, and measurable performance.

In my current role (Jan 2024–Present), I manage Amazon accounts with 4,000+ SKUs, creating, updating, and auditing product listings across titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords. I also upload and manage enhanced digital content such as A+ Content, images, and videos, then monitor listing health and sales trends to identify optimization opportunities.

From Dec 2017 to Jan 2024, I handled end-to-end Amazon catalog operations for multiple brands, including variation families, attributes, and backend data. I ran regular audits to resolve suppressed listings and content gaps, generated performance reports, and supported cross-functional teams to execute high-quality listing strategies.

Earlier, I optimized product listings on BigCommerce (May 2015–Dec 2017) with SEO-friendly content and consistent catalog structure, collaborating on email campaigns using Klaviyo and promotional assets. I began in customer support (Oct 2013–Jan 2015) for Amazon orders and account issues, which strengthened my communication and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
