I’m a product leader with two decades across HR tech, wellness, edtech, and energy. I lead product organizations through ambiguity—greenfield builds, legacy-to-modern platform shifts, and AI transformations—turning unclear problems into systematic strategy customers adopt and pay for. I’ve built three product orgs from scratch, scaled a team from 4 to 22, and driven an AI platform adopted by 45% of customers within six months.

At Energy Exemplar, I’m conceiving and launching PLEXOS Intelligence, a generative-AI analyst copilot that answers energy-modelling questions in natural language—adopted by 45% of customers within six months. I also led the strategic sunset of legacy applications, reallocated engineering capacity to the AI roadmap, and drove the cloud transformation of PLEXOS from legacy desktop to cloud-native SaaS—growing the cloud customer base by 80% with 60%+ of customers now running on cloud. I’ve redefined PM ownership with SVP Engineering/Product and scaled PM/UX into mission-based teams focused on outcomes, not outputs.

Previously at Pluralsight, I served as Director, Product Management—hiring and ramping the PM team in India and building a mobile-first growth strategy that reimagined learning as bite-sized, mobile-native content. I improved content time-to-production by 10% in 6 months and built a hypothesis-driven experimentation flywheel for B2C conversion while optimizing B2B New/Upgrade/Expand digital sales motions. I also designed generative-AI recommendation and contextual-learning experiences across the platform.

Earlier, as Senior Manager, Product Management at Mindbody, I led the India Enterprise B2B PM team across discovery, UX, development, GTM, and client onboarding, delivering $10M cost reduction and 80% time savings for enterprise customers. Before that at ADP, I grew NPS by +9 points and increased Learning Management product sales by 14%, adding $2.5M in revenue as Global Leader. My foundation is Design Thinking and human-centred discovery, backed by a CSPO credential and a Stanford/Great Learning AI and product-viability learning journey.
