What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead payment-focused IT programs where Agile/Scrum, clear stakeholder alignment, and disciplined risk management deliver measurable outcomes—modernizing SWIFT and mobile payment capabilities with high-quality cross-functional delivery.

I’m a payment-focused project manager with 15+ years’ IT experience, including 10 years at IBM. As an Agile practitioner, I bring Agile methodologies implementation and execution to help teams achieve metric-driven goals through strong stakeholder management.

Most recently, I’ve led programs and projects in client-facing environments in Paris, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in virtual settings (including Salesforce) while driving business cases, risk management, and contingency actions. Previously, I served as a Management Consultant, collaborating with development teams to deliver on time and maintain quality, supported by transparent dashboard reporting of project status.

I also bring deep payments expertise—functional focus on SWIFT and mobile payments, and hands-on experience across RTGS-related work. At IBM and in prior roles, I supported configuration and maintenance of SWIFT platforms, performed payment transaction reconciliation, and worked with cross-border payment stakeholders to optimize performance and support audit/compliance needs, complemented by Scrum mastery (Scrum Master II) and ITIL and PMI Agile credentials.
