What I'm looking for

I am looking for a collaborative, growth-oriented role where I can lead cross-functional teams, improve delivery processes, and drive software projects end-to-end.

I am a project manager with five years' international experience across France and India, combining hands-on full‑stack development and program-level delivery for clients including Airbus. I lead teams (up to 30 people), manage budgets, roadmaps, risk mitigation, recruitment and stakeholder relationships while adapting methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to meet organisational goals.

I have driven improvements in service quality, set up SLAs, KPIs and reporting, and supported career development and training in agile practices. I seek collaborative environments where I can continue structuring delivery, improving processes and enabling cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful software in evolving contexts.
