At Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, I piloted an internal tool with a Senior PM, capturing requirements and preparing functional specifications and user stories. I also built Power BI dashboards and automated workflows for workforce and sourcing monitoring.
I led an end-to-end software risk analysis covering 80+ contracts and designed and launched a multi-vendor model for around 300 FTE. At Société Générale, I managed 150 RFP projects and reached the 10% target savings set by the direction.
