I am a Project Manager and certified Scrum Master who aligns business vision with technical delivery to drive predictable, value-focused outcomes. I orchestrate Scrum rituals, manage backlogs, and monitor sprint performance using burndown, velocity and lead-time metrics to improve team delivery.

I have led HR and finance digital transformation projects across public-sector and enterprise contexts, including payroll engines, DAM, library systems, RFID integrations and learning platforms. I write functional and technical specifications for REST APIs, define Postman test scenarios, and ensure interoperability and traceability across systems.

I drive continuous improvement through transparent governance, stakeholder facilitation, vendor management and structured incident handling. I aim to stabilize operations post-go-live, optimize costs through rationalization, and deliver measurable service-level improvements.
