What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead business analysis, QA, operations, or product support work in insurance, payments, banking, or digital transformation, where I can improve enterprise systems from requirements through production support.

I've supported EastWest Ageas Insurance's SAP-to-eBao Tech transformation across Billing, Payments, Collections, and Finance. My work contributed to a program recognized by Celent Model Insurer 2024 and named a World Digital Insurance Awards finalist.

I lead business analysis and QA activities for Agile insurance transformation initiatives, covering requirements engineering, process modelling, UAT, enterprise releases, production support, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and feature refinement.

At Banco de Oro, I led QA teams and payment-system implementation activities affecting millions of users. I coordinated requirements, testing, certification, and rollout across Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, UnionPay, BancNet, EMV, ISO 8583, card schemes, and POS systems.

My background also includes enterprise QA and client support in Tokyo, plus operations leadership and software QA for banking and fuel-retail POS deployments.
