I’m looking for a B2B account management or customer success role where I can own partner outcomes end-to-end, use CRM and data for retention and revenue growth, collaborate with product/tech teams, and improve onboarding and escalation processes.

I’m a B2B account management professional with 2+ years managing client portfolios end-to-end through CRM platforms, structured communication cadences, and data-driven reporting. I act as a single point of contact for high-value accounts, resolving escalations over calls and digital channels with minimal supervision.

As a Key Account Manager at Digistay, I manage hotel, resort, and homestay accounts end-to-end—owning onboarding, adoption, escalations, and revenue growth through CRM and digital channels. I resolve operational complaints before they impact account health, and I analyze account-level performance data to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities beyond baseline contracts. I also coordinate with product and tech teams to relay client feedback and influence platform improvements.

Previously at Swiggy, I owned end-to-end partner acquisition in the Dehradun market—from prospecting and documentation to activation and post-onboarding account management. I managed account health across a large active restaurant partner base by diagnosing and resolving operational complaints, fulfillment gaps, and menu discrepancies. I also led partner engagement initiatives for a sub-team, designing outreach cadences that improved retention rates in the cluster.

Earlier, I built strong research and communication fundamentals through my Legal Intern experience at the High Court of New Delhi, Supreme Court of India & District Court, Dehradun. I researched tenancy laws and prepared case briefs, while also drafting headnotes and legal articles under senior advocates—skills I continue to apply in clear written follow-ups and structured problem-solving.
