At Common Room, I build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders, uncovering pain points around fragmented buyer data and workflows and connecting customers to the right solution.

I maintain detailed Salesforce account records, stay current on a multi-product platform, and use Common Room's Claude integrations to research prospects and generate outreach. I consistently meet a target of 100+ outbound calls per day while protecting relationship quality and continuity.

Previously at Gladly Software, I partnered with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities across 20–30 existing customer accounts per quarter for a CX SaaS platform. I conducted consultative discovery, maintained Salesforce and Outreach data, and worked with Account Executives to represent customer needs throughout the journey.

My background also includes relationship-first outreach at Bandwidth and high-volume customer service at Trophy Brewing Company, where I used Toast daily. I bring a detail-oriented, self-directed approach to explaining technical concepts clearly and building long-term customer relationships.
